Hand-Felted Bonnet & Mini Reindeer Photography Props

Inspired by the shifting colours of the Northern Lights, our Aurora Borealis Felted Reindeer Set brings a soft, dreamlike winter atmosphere to newborn and sitter photography.

Created entirely by hand from merino wool, the set combines delicate reindeer details with a luminous palette of aurora turquoise, icy blue, soft aqua, subtle lavender and snow white.

The bonnet features sculpted reindeer ears and softly shaped antlers, with gentle transitions of colour felted directly into the wool. Rather than using one flat shade, the surface blends several cool tones together, creating the impression of light moving across a winter sky.

Beside it sits a tiny hand-felted white reindeer companion, finished with miniature antlers touched with the same Aurora palette.

Together, they create a coordinated little winter character set designed especially for imaginative photographic storytelling.

AURORA BOREALIS COLOUR PALETTE

The signature colourway was inspired by the Northern Lights - Aurora Borealis — where turquoise, aqua, blue and subtle violet tones appear against a pale winter sky.

Because the colours are blended and felted by hand, their placement and transitions will naturally vary slightly from one piece to another.

This is part of the handmade character of the design and means that every Aurora Reindeer Set is individually unique.

HAND-FELTED FROM MERINO WOOL

Every element is shaped individually by hand.

From the soft bonnet and ears to the dimensional antlers and tiny reindeer companion, the design is created to preserve the characteristic soft, organic texture of felted wool.

Small variations in shape, colour blending and detailing are natural characteristics of handmade work rather than imperfections.
