TERMS OF ORDER CANCELLATIONS (RETURNS/EXCHANGE) Please make sure to check your order for any signs of damage when delivered while the courier is present otherwise we are unable to make any claims with the couriers should your order be damaged in transport. Please check if your order is correct. If your order arrived damaged or the content of the parcel is not consistent with what you have ordered please make sure to contact as IMMIDIETELY. Any order can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. After that period we are unable to cancel or exchange any orders. Should you wish to return/ exchange your good please make sure it is UNUSED and in the ORGINL PACKAGE. Please make sure to include copy of proof of the purchase when returning your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CONTACT US PRIOR INTENDED RETURN / EXCHNGE otherwise we will not be able to accept it. Please post any returns to: TREASURE ISLAND sp z o.o. ul. Górna 4a/5 42-690 Tworóg Buyer covers return postage costs. If you have received faulty goods or wrong items we will refund any postage costs involved in returning the item. We make sure that every order is packed with care to arrive to you safely however sometimes damages still happen, please make sure to contact us ASAP and we will do our best to assist you with the situation and resolve the problem immediately. All refunds are issued within 7 days from receiving the item back. IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns on personalised orders ( for example in colour, size or style requested specifically by you) unless it’s due to an item fault.
