Every product is carefully designed and handcrafted by us. Please remember that each piece may have slight, natural variations that make it unique — this is the beauty of handmade art.
2. Orders / Payments & Shipping
All products are available for purchase through our online store.
Orders are processed after payment is received.
We accept online payments and credit card payments.
If you prefer a bank transfer, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can provide the necessary details.
Production time depends on the product type — usually between 1.5 and 3 weeks, plus shipping time.
Each product description includes specific details about production and delivery.
If you order several items with different production times, please take into account the longest production period listed among the products ordered.
Because all of our props are handcrafted, slight production delays may occasionally occur — especially during busy seasons such as Christmas or Easter.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience; we always do our best to dispatch every order as soon as possible.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing the order, so we can confirm whether it’s possible to meet your timeline or advise otherwise.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide 🌍
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the courier.
Please check your parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately while the courier is still present.
We cannot submit courier claims for parcels accepted without inspection.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order ❤️
Please note that all items in our store are handmade to order.
Each product is created individually according to your chosen size, colour, or style.
Because of this, all orders are considered custom-made and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
This policy is fully compliant with EU consumer law, which excludes the right to cancel or return personalized and made-to-order goods.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will carefully review your message and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
We kindly ask all customers to contact us before returning any item.
Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7 days after the item is received and inspected.
Although our handmade products are non-returnable, we always aim to keep our clients happy.

6. Prices & Taxes
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All prices listed in our store are final and include any applicable taxes or charges.
The amount shown at checkout is the total price you pay — no additional VAT or customs fees will be added by us.
Treasure Island Photo Props is a VAT-registered business based in Poland (EU).
We handle all VAT obligations according to EU regulations.
If you are a VAT-registered business within the EU, please include your valid VAT number next to your company name when placing the order, or send it to us by email after checkout so we can include it properly on your invoice.
